In the last TFL Vlog, Toby Loxton, Thomas Kinninmonth and a hand-full of others attended the “Star Tugs Event” at The Midland Railway Centre, to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the very reason that the Star Tugs Trust exists… Tugs!
